In Fragments of Time, you have to protect a dome for the longest possible time from the Balrogs which attack it. Unfortunately there's only one working level, but it's a well-balanced one.

You travel around on rails, which is a clever way to meet the requirement. The other requirements weren't done so well: Leaving the Help screen on too long causes enemies to swarm in afterwards, and ASCII art is only used on the title screen.

The graphics is better than that of any game I've made.

?u?o's game Train is all about keeping the train on the tracks by sliding and rotating pieces of track. It's easy to control, and quite a fun game.

One feature I would have liked is a "Hurry" function to make the train speed to the next station, rather than waiting for it, although that is the nature of public transport :). It's also frustrating that one mistake is game over, but with the Hurry function it wouldn't matter so much.

With games like this I often hack the code to add features I want, but Train was written in Pascal, which I didn't know was possible with Allegro.

Trains and railways are central to the game, while I couldn't really see the time theme much, although I was alternately cursing (a) long wait for the train to reach a station or (b) the lack of time to set the tracks at the start of a hard level. I couldn't find of ASCII art apart from the title & help screens.
